Fresh, soft cheese from the Region of Piedmont. Italians eat it warmed into oven, enveloped on Speck (a tasteful cold meat from South Tyrol region in the northest part of Italy) and with crumbled hazelnuts and mixed salad. The usual portion is 1 Tomino each person.
